This is an interesting freeware tool written in java that is supposed to allow you to describe and organize your thoughts. You make mind maps which are descriptions of what you are thinking. I also found this functionality in Microsoft Visio but ofcourse Visio is a commercial tool and not available to everybody. This on the ohter hand is an open-source free for all tool.
