Blogspot is accessible once again, or is it?

I was going through my daily dose of reddit and opened a number of sites with direct links to blogspot. Wait a minute. Blogspot was banned in Pakistan and we had to go through pkblogs.com to get to it. It seems that the filter is down right now, for how long, that I don't know. According to my friend, Ovais Khan this may be happening because of Google changing their IP addresses. That's possible. Or, may be they have realized the futility of blocking any website and left it to the Internet users to be discreet. Nah. That sounds too good for PTCL. What do you say?
