Beggars go international, literally!

There was a news bulliten on the Dubai One channel about the recent special measures taken by the Dubai police to curb the begging problem. They have announced that penalties will be severe for anyone found begging, espcially during the ramadan season. Apparently beggars come to Dubai on visit visa during ramadan to do their buisness. Begging has gone international. There will now be beggar tourists. Beggars travelling in buisness class. Visiting places to do 'projects'. Creating a new finanancial and buisness undergound. Globalization is true, what else are we going to see!
